“Working Together” IEP Series from CADRE

CADRE is The Center for Appropriate Dispute Resolution in Special Education. Their website offers many helpful courses and information sheets intended to help IEP teams work together as effectively as possible. A good starting point is their resource page for families, at https://www.cadreworks.org/for-families

It is made up of five interactive self-directed courses that provide families and educators with a number of strategies for working together and through conflict.

Course 4: Managing and Responding to Emotions
Course 5: Focusing on Interests to Reach Agreement
