Play-Based Assessment Pilot
For families in San Francisco whose children are ages 0 months to 5 years old
- 1-hour in-person play-based assessment session (by appointment only)
- Two (2) 1-hour coaching support meetings (in-person or virtual options available)
- Individualized child support plan with strength-based strategies for families
- Families may receive gift cards and/or a maximum of five supportive toys and/or materials to boost and enhance coaching sessions.
