You can’t do this work alone! These are open sessions for connecting and sharing with other parents and caregivers of kids with disabilities. In each session, we will offer a tool or theme to focus our conversation, but participants can share whatever is on their minds and hearts. Some potential themes include: caregiver burnout, maintaining community, navigating systems.
