Current eviction protections
Tenants: Do not move out! You have rights even after the moratorium expires and rental assistance coverage is through at least March 31, 2022. If you have unpaid rent or are struggling to pay rent that will be due starting October 1, please apply to housingiskey.com as soon as possible. Do not delay!
If you have not paid 25% of the rent for the period September 2020 – September 2021, please contact [email protected] by September 30, 2021. Twenty-five percent is the equivalent of 3.25 months of the rent. If you pay at least 25% of the rent of this period by September 30, then you cannot be evicted for any unpaid rent from that period.

Emergency Broadband Benefit (EBB) is a program that is now accepting applications from individuals with disabilities and others in low-income households for assistance of up to $50 a month to help cover the cost of internet access. There is a limited amount of funds available and you need to apply immediately before the funds are completely allocated.
